fasolo: blacklist acpi power meter. rt#6974

fasolo dmesg is full of:

I believe a fix/workaround might be blacklisting acpi_power_meter kernel module which does not seem to work due to BIOS bug in those machines.

`echo "blacklist acpi_power_meter" >> /etc/modprobe.d/hwmon.conf`
