ynic: use ftp.uk mirror temporarily

  < mhy> Hi all, due to disk space limitations on our mirror, we might have
         to drop powerpc - at least for a while.  Would it be possible for
         porpora and poulenc to be repointed at ftp.uk.debian.org as their
         mirror?
