Do not backup the Apache disk cache

Avoids warnings due to races when it is cleaned/backed up at the same time:

Could not stat "/var/cache/apache2/mod_cache_disk/r/k/txeIh19LMLMAVeQKsKcg.header": ERR=No such file or directory
