* add new DSA member to LDAP group "cn=LDAP Administrator,ou=users,dc=debian,dc=org"
* add "supplementaryGid: adm" to new DSA member's uid
* add new DSA member to @dsa group of gitolite-admin/conf/gitolite.conf
* enable new DSA member's account as full account in RT
* set new password for RT account of new DSA member
* add name and fingerprint of GPG key of new DSA member to dsa-password/.users
* add name of new DSA member to @dsa group in dsa-password/.users
* reencrypt all dsa-password files!
